Just Thoughts and Nothing Else

Dancing is such a great feeling and I don't care how old you are!  Where else can you act a fool and be laughing about it the whole time?  Where else can you think you're the coolest one on the dance floor without realizing what you really look like?  How many times in your lifetime do you get to do the slide or the boot stomping boogie and still love it?   






You jump up from your chair & head to the dance floor when you hear your favorite song and suddenly you've stepped back in time. 










 



How many times can you dance to YMCA and you still are all out there on the dance floor and everyone is still shouting all the words, arms in the air making the letters and having a ball!
Although your bones aren't cooperating as well as you would like, you don't really see the difference in the way you are dancing, you just feel like you are just as hot as you once were!  NOT! 
But I say, go ahead, DANCE anyway until you can't dance any more! Whether you look the same as you once did or not, love it, feel it, express to all that you look no worse dancing, smiling and laughing than anyone else, including the young people jerking all over the floor and spinning on their heads!









Because it is a freedom of expression of how music makes you feel! 
You get to dance slow and feel like you did when you fell in love and were held in someone's arms again if you are lucky enough.
You feel so alive, you get to remember the moments when you last danced that dance. 

I don't care how young or mature you are, but when you hear the music, get up and dance, let loose, and have the time of your life!  It will put a smile on your lips and an extra bit of pep in your step.  Live life, and Love it!
