Noticing Differences
Taking the time to notice the differences in everyone you meet.
Going through life with blinders on is a sad state of affairs. It's missing out on the pure and simple love of how the people you meet throughout your life are not only people, but they may be exciting and fascinating too!
I don't know about you, but one of my most favorite things to do is People Watch.
You see young and old alike walk before you and maybe you wonder sometimes to yourself, what is it that makes them tick? What is it that makes them smile, or I wonder why they just laughed? What is their life like that makes them happy or sad? What is it that they are thinking about right now?
They may be tall, or short, thin or not, happy or sad looking, a person who talks with their hands, or one who just seems to be listening. Never the less, all are unique in their own way. Some may walk with their heads held high and with a sense of arrogance or maybe it's just confidence, and some may seem to walk with their heads down as if to say they are not secure enough to hold it up high or just plain shy. Whichever the case may be, it is who they are.

I've personally noticed things about people throughout my lifetime to date, and I am still amazed at the differences in just the way people respond to each other and the way some express themselves.

Sit in front of a coffee shop sometime and don't read anything or play with your computer, just sit and watch!
Watch how people walk and talk with each other. Watch the young and the elderly and all the in between's.
I'm not saying stare at everyone that passes, but try to glance casually and offer a smile.
Otherwise, they might think you're some kind of a nut!

Try not to have a scowl on your face.
As you see, it can be pretty confusing
as to why we are looking that way!

You could be just walking behind someone and now
they are stopped at a street corner and low and behold, if you take the time, you just might be thinking all kinds of things about the people in front of you, depending on who you are and how your mind works!!!
So whatever the case may be, however you choose to look at things, just take one wonderful day once in awhile and just sit and people watch! I think you'll come home (if you've done the people watching with a wonderful open mind) with a peaceful calm,a totally relaxed and happy feeling inside you!
So, ENJOY !
